Well its finally here!

I received my kit for the metal embossing this week and hope to start on the project this weekend. I'm not sure what I am going to do which is typical. I guess I'll try to keep it simple since I haven't done it before.

I'm leaning towards doing a skull-y thing so I can submit it to skull-a-day.

Sharon Art Studio

I started my jewelry class today at Sharon Art Studio -- if you live in SF and have not been there you should check it out. The art studio has lots of different classes in addition to jewelry. I started taking jewelry classes a couple of years ago at San Ana College. Its great fun. Hard to believe you can make a piece of jewelry out of a piece of metal.

If you are a beader and have gotten bored -- check out a jewelry class. It opens lots of possbilities.

Ooooo -- ! Something new to try! I've always loved embossed aluminum thingys so I am very excited to try this! I'll post pictures when I get started!
